Hudson has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Systems Analyst. We are looking to hear from Business Systems Analysts who have a minimum 2 years’ experience working with large scale ICT projects and possess relevant qualifications. The Business Systems Analyst will be working with Project Managers and key stakeholders to identify, define, prioritise and implement projects that deliver value through the implementation of new system functionalities, which meet both business areas and user expectations.

The role is with one of Hudson’s major Government Clients on a 12 month contract with possible extension. Applicants must possess a minimum baseline security clearance.

To be successful for this role you will:

• You will have a minimum 2 years’ experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst
• You will have high organisational skills and ability to multi-task in order to meet demanding deadlines
• You will work with Project Managers and key stakeholders to identify, define, prioritise and implement projects that deliver value through the implementation of new system functionalities, which meet both business areas and user expectations
• You will display core competencies in a multi-stream project environment
• You will have strong written and oral communication skills
• You will possess excellent liaison skills at all levels
• You will have demonstrable experience establishing and maintaining productive relationships with business
• You will have demonstrable use of and adherence to organisational standards
• You will manage the business requirements, expectations and scope
• You will gather high and detailed level requirements
• You will facilitate workshops and group discussion
• You will identify and report issues and risks
• You will produce and provide input into a range of documentation that will be specific to business related outcomes
• You will maintain accurate documentation in relation to business and technical requirements
• You will be expected to transfer skills and knowledge to departmental staff and ensure appropriate documentation is stored in accordance with the Department’s recordkeeping policy and practices
• You will have a minimum baseline security clearance

Relevant qualifications and demonstrated experience with Government Departments will be highly regarded.
