Ignite is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for their large federal government department.

The sucessfull candidate will undertake a senior and/or lead role in the execution of a range of Business Systems Analyst activities and tasks.

You will have:

• 2+ years’ experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst
• Display core competencies in a multi-stream project environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Possess excellent liaison skills at all levels
• Experience establishing and maintaining productive relationships with business

• It is highly desirable if you have:

• Experience in leading, coaching and mentoring team members
• Experience in Critical and Conceptual Thinking, Conceptual and Context modelling
• Experience in establishing and implementing BA processes and procedures & management and team leadership.

This opportunity is open to candidates who hold a current Baseline clearance.
