Providing technical resolution within a high volume environment, you will have proven helpdesk / service desk experience along with ticketing systems knowledge such as Remedy or ServiceNow.
Technical experience:
- Windows Server & Active Directory (2003 / 2008 & 2012)
- Microsoft operating systems and applications (Windows 7 - 10, Office 365)
- Networking (Firewalls, Routers, Switches)
- Supporting virtualized environments and remote desktop solutions eg VMWARE, Citrix
- Resolution of IT related incidents and requests within SLA timeframes
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a service desk / helpdesk environment
Highly regarded:
- Strong knowledge of ITIL methodology
- Microsoft certification (MCP, MCSE)
