Cloud Architect Azure - Cloud Foundations and Application Transition
 
The client here is undertaking a huge Cloud Transformation Program that will transform the companies business. For this position, they are seeking a Cloud Architect - Azure to deliver their Application Transition and Digital foundations program.
 
Key Skills:  

• Over 10 years of experience in software development and architecture
• Strong, proven skills in designing Azure cloud platforms - assisting in defining and implementing cloud strategies (public and private), architecting cloud infrastructure
• Strong experience in migrating existing applications to Azure.
• Passion to operate within Agile and DevOps environment
• Experience with automated deployment, configuration and scripting tools (Linux shell scripting, Windows PowerShell, Chef, Puppet, Windows DSC)
• Strong communicator - Ability to present technical concepts to business stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships is critical in this role as you will need to work with a number of diverse stakeholders including business users, Subject Matter Experts, Project Managers and other operational teams.

Essential:

• Demonstrated experience performing delivery on large scale Cloud Project in large Transformation projects is very important here
• Azure Certification - MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure
• Agile and Scrum master experience
