The Payroll Business Analyst will be working on an implementation of this Government department's new Cloud HCM and Payroll solution.

You will be responsible for

• Manage the lifecycle of Payroll business requirements throughout the project
• Establish and maintain strong, collaborative and productive working relationships with project stakeholders
• Provides expertise in the Payroll, time & Attendance and Award Interpretation of current Enterprise Agreements
• Actively participate and/or facilitate 'To-Be' process and solution design workshops
• Assists with the documentation of the Payroll, Time and Award Interpretation configuration workbooks​

You will have

• 8+ years Business Analysis experience;
• Experience in previous HCM & Payroll implementation projects
• Experience with Success Factors and SAP Implementations desirable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Demonstrated experience in applying business analyst skills in government is desirable.
