The Opportunity
As the Digital Content Manager for this tech startup, your goal will be to increase end user engagement. You will be part of an enterprising, growing organisation with multiple accolades and global clients.
You will be responsible for:

• Copy-writing and producing digital content
• Mapping out the user journeys
• Understanding the user interface and user experience
• Producing programs which encourage user engagement and retention
• Understanding standardised statistical methodologies to improve effectiveness of programs.
• Providing data informed inferences and insights to the management team, researchers and clients.
• Identifying conversations, areas of the program or features which can be improved.
• Implementing improvements in collaboration with the project manager, product manager and engineers.
• Working with other area managers (product, engineering, coaching, management) to design new features.
• Reviewing and managing content to maintain to brand consistency and quality control.
