We are currently searching for an experience Product Manager for our government client.

You will be working in a team comprising of specialists including a delivery manager, service designers, user researchers, technical leads and subject matter experts.

What is your role?
You will be working in an integrative team radically improving government information and services through designing services for everyone to be able to understand and use, with a focus on web standards, usability and accessibility. You will have extensive experience working in Agile and, ideally, experience with the Commonwealth Digital Service Standard.

Essential skills and experience

Ability to define and clearly articulate the product vision and communicate this to your team and beyond.
Running and leading a cross-functional team of people.
Ability to translate the product vision into the day-to-day priorities for the product.
A passion for making things that improve people's lives.
Deep understanding of agile and lean product development and management.
An understanding of research, user experience, software development and operations. You can rally and talk the language of experts in these disciplines.
At least 3 years experience in product management, or relevant transferable experience.
