Data & Change Analyst
12 Month Contract
$80,000 + Super + Salary Packaging
We are a NFP organisation operating Residential Aged Care, Retirement and Social Housing Villages. A well established organization, we employ 200+ staff who are passionate and continue to contribute to its success. We have grown our portfolio in recent years and currently working on new projects. To complement this growth, we intend to invest in new technology to create a sound platform for the future, staff development and business/process improvement.
Role
Reporting to the Chief Operations & Finance Officer, you will be required to establish value creation for data and ICT by providing advice, strategic business analysis and drive ICT initiatives that support operational functions and strategic plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Review existing systems and technologies
- Review available integrated systems and prepare business case for change
- Plan and lead data migration for any new business systems
- Data mapping and modelling
- Data analysis & data/information analytics
- Create and present simplified data
You should be passionate about technology and data and motivated to bring about change through the use of various technologies.
You must have
- Experience working on ICT projects
- ICT help desk
- ICT security e.g. user protocols & access
- Understand software and hardware requirements & lifecycle replacement
- Manage ICT operating and project capital budgets
- Advanced knowledge and experience in financial modeling, SQL data extracting and manipulating data
- Experience in data migration Team motivation
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivation to drive change
