Assertiv Consulting are Identity and Access Management experts, working on some of the largest and most complex Identity and Access Management projects in Australia. Due to a rapid increase in customer projects, we are searching for talented candidates with a background in designing, building and implementing IT Process Automation and Workflow solutions. Our projects require the creation of end-to-end workflow automation for User Access Requests as well as application and resource provisioning. If you possess the right amount of workflow experience, we will provide you with ongoing training and support on the Identity Management products that underpin our solutions. We need candidates who are hungry to learn new technologies, and willing to do the hard yards when it comes to delivering successful outcomes for our customers.

We seek candidates with the following attributes and experience:

• University graduated, with coursework around software development, computer networking, and web development preferred.
• Proven experience with Analysing, Designing and Developing an end-to-end workflow solution including integrating with downstream and 3rd party systems.
• Good knowledge and experience on Workflow concepts and techniques including Assignment, Routing, SLA, Priority, Escalation, Notification, Business Rules and Monitoring.
• The ability to identify limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods, and recommend improvements where appropriate.
• Support the integration, testing, deployment and release management activities.
• A strong passion and desire to learn new technology.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Previous IT project-based experience in either a complex end-user environment or Security Consulting company.
• Experience working in projects utilising Agile toolsets and methodology.
• Experience across the software development lifecycle, including exposure to multiple development methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The permanent right to work in Australia without needing a visa/sponsorship.
• Openness to interstate travel if required.

Expertise with or exposure to any of the following technologies is highly desirable:

• Identity and Access Management products from ForgeRock, NetIQ, Quest (One Identity), SailPoint.
• Cloud computing – AWS, Google, Azure.
• Advanced security concepts and principles.
• Designing and implementing workflows using BPM and integration tools.
• Networking, TCP/IP.
• Windows Server, Linux, IOS, Android.
• Excellent programming skills using Java and JavaScript.
