Tinybeans is looking for an iOS engineer to join the team at our Sydney HQ.
Tinybeans is the number one family photo sharing app in the App Store. We have a beautiful, 5-star rated product that is used and loved by almost 2.5 million users worldwide. And that's just the beginning!
As a core member of our iOS team, you will be helping create cutting-edge products and features that are changing how people create and share memories of their children, and we have big plans for the next generation of our product.
As part of this push, we are looking for an iOS engineer who wants to contribute to building state-of-the-art product and experiences that our users will love & cherish.
You will be responsible for coordinating with teams in Sydney and New York, contributing to a mixed codebase of Objective-C and Swift, using frameworks like RxSwift to implement new features following our own flavor of the MVVM + Coordinator pattern.

YOUR SKILLS
- Advanced level of experience developing iOS applications
- Strong knowledge of Swift, and experience with Objective-C
- Comfortable using Storyboards, Auto Layout, UIKit, Multi-threading, CoreData
- Experience with a Reactive Functional programming framework is highly desirable (or at a minimum a willingness to learn)
- Experience using Xcode + Instruments to identify and debug issues
- Experience interfacing with REST back-ends
- Experience with unit and UI testing via Apple XCTest framework
- Creative, curious, with excellent problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with agile and scrum methodologies and a highly collaborative atmosphere
