Talent have been requested to find two Scrum Masters for this expanding WA technology success story. They have enjoyed major growth since they started and have multiple business lines and further streams to come online soon. These roles are critical for the product development stage to ensure the teams follow Lean and Agile values.

Technical Skills in the majority of the following:

First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I).
Experience in the Iteration Management/ Agile Coaching / Scrum Master role for
At least 3 years following Lean-Agile principles
Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
Knowledge with development practices such as TDD, BDD, Continuous integration
