• Design and develop integrated  schedules, perform critical path analysis, and schedule risk assessment, and provide results and recommendations for decision making.
• Update and evaluate the accuracy of the project forecast by assessing actual cost incurred and physical progress achieved for all phases of project.
• Collect and collate schedule progress and achievements and analyse schedule performance
• Identify potential issues/risks, clashes, opportunities in the project schedules to ensure forward planning
• Develop and maintain periodic schedule performance reports for project manager's review and approval.
• Coordinate and integrate the development and reporting of Estimates-at-Complete, including the factored costs of risks and opportunities
• Support the project manager in presentations/reports to the customer/company management.
• Evaluate current procedures and recommends changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects.
• Support the development of an organisational resource schedule/management tool to assist with the identification and assignment of resources across multiple projects.

Must have for consideration:

• Demonstrated experience developing and managing Critical Path Method schedules in complex program environment
• Can do' attitude with the ability to work without direction and work comfortably in an ambiguous work environment
• Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships
• Demonstrated experience of delivering to deadlines within an environment of competing priorities
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
