C-Net is seeking a Developer to join the team based in Collins Street, Melbourne. Renowned for “Inspiring Safer Workplaces” C-Net is undertaking an exciting program of work building cloud solutions as part of their committed to the continued development of integrated safety software technology.
This position will ideally suit an enthusiastic and self-motivated lateral thinker who is genuinely interested diversifying their core skill set. It is a unique opportunity to have the combination of cloud solution development and SAP. You will need boundless energy, a naturally confident and creative mind, strong initiative and have an inquisitive nature. You will also want to thrive in a dynamic and fun environment that will recognise and support your professional development.
If you have tertiary qualification in Computer Science or similar and have commercial or academic experience writing code using Java, Javascript and HTML5 we would like to talk to you.
We would ideally like you to have all, or most of, the following:
- Exposure or experience in Software Development Lifecycle
- Knowledge of JavaScript including ES2015, NPM and Node.js
- Good understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5 and SASS.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL language.
- Experience with cloud environments.
- Experience with Git.
Other skills that would be well regarded are:
- Knowledge of Open UI5
- REST services implementation using Java
- OAuth 2.0 and SAML SSO protocols.
You will need to have solid communication skills (both written and verbal), can learn quickly, be open and accountable, professional, a true team player, and be comfortable challenging ideas and being challenged!
