You will be working for one of the fastest growing IT consulting firm in Australia. The company has a team of more than 150 consultants spread across various clients. You will be working for one of our clients on a full-time basis.
About the role
You will be working with one of our major clients located in the Sydney CBD. As a Functional Test Analyst you will maintain deep and expert knowledge of your respective technologies to proactively identify and mitigate issues and provide the client the best support you can
This is a great opportunity to utilise your SAP Payroll experience with particular focus on Australian Payroll and legislation. We are looking for a candidate who is professional, driven and ambitious to collaborate
Roles and Responsibilities-
- Performing Pre-UAT Test Analyst tasks
- Using HP ALM to maintain and execute test cases, raise defects and ensuring successful closure to defects.
- Build test cases and identified test data for the business
- Responsible for SAP Payroll functional testing on modules PA, OM, Time & Payroll.
- Maintained Test Traceability Matrix and prepare Daily Test Status report for Test Lead
- Work closely with development and business team to ensure all defects are managed and cleared and support integration activity when required

Skills and experience
Required skills-
- 5+ years of experience in within SAP Payroll Testing
- Demonstrated understanding of Payroll processes.
- Extensive experience and understanding of testing principles and methodologies.
- Experience in working with testing tools such as HP-ALM etc.
- Experience working in complex environments with many stakeholders and vendors.
- Strong experience in the preparation of Test plans, test scripts, test results and defect reports.

Qualification-
- Relevant degree in IT industry
- SAP Certification in relevant modules
