Our large client is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join their team to maintain and uphold existing WHS Compliance work.

Skills:

• Experience with HR or WHS
• Knowledge of SAP systems
• Developing change management artefacts including:

• High-level Change Impact Assessments;
• Detailed Change Impact Assessments;
• Communications artefacts;
• Training artefacts;
• Stakeholder engagement plans;

• Applying a structured methodology and lead change management activities;
• Assessing the change impacts to various stakeholder audience groups;
• Completing Change Impact Assessments;

 
Criteria:

• Highly developed interpersonal skills. Able to facilitate and promote effective interactions with clients, peers, and stakeholders;
• Comprehensive strategic knowledge, preferably with a deep understanding of the organisation's operational business or able to quickly learn how the work of the business lines contributes to business outcomes;
• Strong negotiation skills to achieve agreed outcomes, be adaptable and flexible and able to deal with ambiguity;
• Strong skills in pursuing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and clients to build professional networks;
• Sound proficiency in conducting research and data analysis, and able to translate and present technical and complex information appropriately;
