About the role
As an eCommerce Delivery Director in our award winning team, you'll be working on our most innovative and complex projects, as well as for developing new business opportunities and leading the delivery of client projects. You will be the main liaison with the clients, our strategy and user experience teams as well as leading the development teams in order to deliver quality digital solutions. Along with the experience and energy you bring to the team, you’ll be responsible for:

• Applying a user centric approach and best practices to create an optimal user experience
• Business development including leading proposal efforts in new sales activities
• Articulating technology change strategies aligned with roadmaps and recommending solutions to enable Digital strategies
• Working alongside Project Managers to develop and manage project plans, scope, variations, risk, and knowledge management

About your experience
A natural collaborator, you’ve worked closely with senior clients, and technical subject matter experts to inspire and lead high quality projects utilising your ecommerce delivery experience and understanding of complex solutions.

You’ll have a passion for identifying and growing new business opportunities while having credibility to pull senior clients out of their comfort zones and taking them on a journey of Digital Innovation.

The successful e-commerce Delivery Director will be expected to meet the following criteria:

• Understanding of the full ecommerce lifecycle along with proven experience of strategy implementation and delivering end to end e-commerce solutions
• Experience at identifying, evaluating and adopting emerging technologies to ensure that the business adopts and transforms to meet changing needs of the market
• Background in managing and providing insight data analytics on performance of ecommerce, online store and other digital platforms
• Working experience and ideally certification of Waterfall/Agile Project Management
