Support, lead and coach team members to deliver key outputs. You will support and enforce the rules of the Scrum process. You will work in conjunction with other ART scrum masters and teams.
This role is a 6-month contract working on a New Ways of Working program on-site with a Government client based in the Sydney CBD.
The successful candidate will:
- Have demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master with a focus on ever-improving on team dynamics
- Facilitate preparation and readiness for ART ceremonies and activities including PI Planning and System Demos
- Exhibit behavious of Lean-Agile leadership and implement SAFe Core Values
- Support ScrumXP rules
