As the IT Manager you will provide efficient and effective delivery of all IT services within the Wagner Corporation and Wellcamp Airport operations. You will ensure reliable, robust and flexible IT infrastructure, business systems, PC applications and information systems to achieve complete internal customer satisfaction with IT systems and services.
The IT department holds responsibilities including but not limited to: all facets of hardware and technology, implementation and maintenance of telephone, networking and servers, maintenance and software applications for all areas across the business (software and ERP systems).
An ability to critically think about and design systems and processes to utilise digital transformation across a business will be one your key skill sets. Please provide examples in your application letter where you have demonstrated experience in this area.
You will ideally possess;
· Degree in Information Technology or related field
· Knowledge of ERP systems; Pronto and SAP preferred
· Strong networking skills
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Demonstrated ability in managing Cyber Security, disaster recovery and mission critical systems
· Extensive knowledge in Microsoft desktop and service offerings including Office365
· 8-10 years’ experience in a similar role
