Reporting to the Applications Manager - Salesforce you will be responsible for delivering high quality support and change services for our Salesforce solutions across the Inchcape Australia businesses. Responsibilities include the design, testing and subsequent implementation of solutions within the given service levels.
To be successful in this role, candidate MUST possess the following skills and experience:
- Advanced up to date experience across Sales Force suite, including: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Classic & Lightning, Mulesoft
- Hold current Salesforce Certifications in:
- Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer
- Outstanding analysis, design and testing skills;
- Excellent communication and people management skills;
- Experience in multiple Salesforce implementations across large complex organisations.
Addition experience would be an advantage:
- Experience in the Motor industry (Retail and Distribution);
- Experience with integration to Dealer Management Systems and SAP
