The organisation:
Globally recognised financing organisation with offices based out in the lower North Shore area.
The role:
This is a permanent role for a proven service desk analyst to develop their skill set whilst providing support and assistance to the wider business.
Your success:
Previous experience in a similar role will be beneficial, as will:
- Demonstrating expertise in communicating succinctly, clearly, and respectfully
- Answering queries and questions in a timely and efficent manner
- Work withing a team environment of other support proffesionals
- Provide accurate and extensive logging, triaging, tracking, and resolving of incidents and requests
