AWD is a rapidly growing Web, Digital and IT Solution provider based in Collingwood Victoria. We specialise in a wide range of services including website design, eCommerce, digital marketing and managed IT services.
We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced digital project manager/digital producer to join our web division. We require an individual who understands web and digital technologies, and able to collaborate with our experienced team to deliver high quality digital projects.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and manage digital projects
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Build and strengthen positive relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Manage scope creep and change control
- Mitigate issues and risks, and escalate effectively
- Create technical documentation, information architecture and user guide
- Coordinate project resources, team members, partners and suppliers
- Perform thorough testing to ensure the final deliverable meets the quality expectations of the stakeholders
- Be a team leader and help motivate and guide a team of experienced team to achieve outcomes
- Work with designers and developers to plan, design, develop, test and review projects
- Collaborate with sales team to prepare and present estimates, quotes, proposals and plans to stakeholders
Required + Desired Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a digital producer/project manager role
- Experience in a digital agency or involvement with web/digital/software related projects
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge and experience with web languages/web platforms such as HTML, CSS, PHP, Wordpress, Magento, etc
- Understanding of web related technologies such as DNS, hosting, web service, SSL
- Skills to analyse, review and provide feedback on projects from UX and technical perspectives
- Understanding of trends, capabilities and limitations of web technologies
- Excellent Leadership skills
- Great organisational skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent problem management skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills, self-confident and highly motivated
- Great documentation skills and attention to detail
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Basecamp, Microsoft Project or other
