About us
This role operates within the Information Technology Services area, which is part of Jurisdiction Services (JS), CSV. JS provides support to all Victorian courts and tribunals to assist in the delivery of justice services. JS is responsible for providing courts and tribunals with a range of corporate support functions including human resources, finance, facilities, asset and contract management, planning and administration, business intelligence, communications, business review and improvement, technology and transcription services.
About the role

Support the Lead Telecommunications support in the management and operation of CSV's telecommunications activities including voice, mobile data and unified communications.

Provide day-to-day operational support for telecommunications services to a range of stakeholders within Courts and Tribuanls

First point of contact for customer service requests and incident management for telecommunication services.
About you

Demonstrated experience in a customer services role, preferably in a telecommunications environment.

Experience supporting NEC and Tadiran PABX systems (highly desirable).

Knowledge and experience with vendor billing and reporting tools eg MBRS, eFrams and Nebula (highly desirable).

Highly developed skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).
