Job tasks and responsibilities
- Establish professional and deep relationships with key client contacts
- Leverage the many existing relationships, across Oracle's Lines of Business
- Lead account planning & strategy sessions, including setting critical milestones
- Lead and manage the end-to-end sales process through engaging Pre-Sales, Oracle Consulting, Executives, and Partner resources
- Defining appropriate ERPM Value Propositions and driving the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns
- Map the competitive landscape with customer needs, to effectively position Oracle ERPM offerings
- Proactively develop a healthy pipeline via phone calls, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence to hit and exceed targets consistently
- Position Oracle's solutions through strategic value- based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data
- Generate short-term results whilst maintaining long-term perspective, to maximize overall revenue generation
- Accurate quarterly forecasting and revenue delivery
Skills and experience
Required Skills
- Ability to reframe and challenge the way customers view their business; structure your pitch to prioritize customer benefits over supplier strengths
- Adept at driving two way communication by clearly articulating value proposition specific to customer's pain-points
- Ability to quickly develop a deep knowledge of your customer's business and discuss issues from multiple angles
- Understand the decision making process and possesses the ability to influence key decision makers and the pace of those process
- Experience selling high-end software solutions or consulting services to complex organizations,
- C-level communication skills, experienced in selling to senior level, financial heads, supply chain leaders or other business heads while including IT
- Financial services/accountancy/supply chain qualifications or sales experience a huge bonus but enthusiasm to learn is more important.
