My client is a market leading Financial Services/Wealth Management firm with offices across Australia and the wider APAC region and a prestigious Sydney Head Office from where their IT hub is formed.
After another stellar year of amazing growth and successes means that they are looking to recruit an entry Level HelpDesk Support person to join their team. Working primarily in a user support/general IT Support role (filter helpdesk calls, basic support and troubleshooting - e.g. printer configuration, password resets, gather information to escalate to L2, L3, ensure good documentation etc.) you will support both the more experienced IT staff and the users who have high expectations of the IT team.

This role requires lots of enthusiasm, a passion for technology and for learning, the ability to be humble and also have great communication skills and an aptitude for all things technical. Being well organised and having attention to detail is key. 

This is an excellent role for someone wanting to build a career in IT and offers great long term prospects. Any experience in any type of previous customer experience/customer service role would be highly desirable.
