Master Data Specialist
9 month contract – Immediate start

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and control critical data records and their impact across all business units for the Australian subsidiary
- Verifying and appropriating information supplied ready for input into SAP
- Supporting colleagues across all business units
- Creating materials, customer accounts and pricing records in SAP and reviewing all information for completeness and accuracy
- Build pricing files, ensuring it is validated and approved as per business policy and run test orders
- Maintain customer information in Master Data Records
- Data entry into all company software systems
- Participate in the Customer Service team daily operations
- Utilise master data to run business object reports
- Data cleansing in Salesforce and SAP
- Escalates issues and risks to the team relating to all Master Data and subsequent impacts
- Maintain full audit trail of critical master data changes and handle audit queries pertaining to data integrity
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in relevant subjects
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Extensive SAP and Salesforce experience
- Exceptional analytical skills with a broad range of business tools
- Exemplary focus on attention to detail
- Microsoft Excel advanced proficiency, administrative competencies
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Flexible, adaptable and dynamic under pressure
- Rotating Roster Monday to Friday 7am-7pm, flexible working hours.
