A leading higher education provider is actively recruiting an experienced Change Manager for a 6 month contract opportunity. Currently undergoing a large business transformation piece, ideally we are seeking a Change Manager who has experience working with Learning Management Systems.
  
Responsible for building a Change Management Strategy, the successful candidate will assess business readiness for change and create an action plan to ensure stakeholder engagement Developing global Communication Strategy and implementing plans you will lead and facilitate productive discussions/workshops with staff and stakeholders to ensure that they support the business objectives and adopt the change.

To be considered for this position essential requirements include:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• Previous experience in Change Management and Communications within a complex environment
• Sound understanding of Change Management and Communication methodologies and tools.
• Eloquent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills.
• Experience in the development and delivery of engagement strategies, communications and change management plans
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and schedules simultaneously
• Effective management of risks and issues
• Experience in design, delivery and evaluation of training/education /learning solutions
• Business acumen 
• Problem-solving and root cause identification skills
• Outcome focused.
• Experience implementing LMS/ consolidation of LMSs’
