Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT service desk. You own it and are responsible for an outcome to everything that passes through, even if you escalate the issue. It’s about the customer Always!
  • Support both store and Head office request via email and phone.
  • Apple Mac and Windows desktop support.
  • Mobile devices. Apple and Android.
  • Monitor Backups
  • Daily sales reporting check
  • Daily store polling check (poll data files)
  • Digital Signage Management – Update content. Troubleshoot screens not functioning.
  • Store opening / closure
  • Manage support requests with 3rd party vendors (ISP, hardware support etc.)
  • Some after-hours work will be required
Projects you will be part of. Just list a few
  • Office 365 Migration
  • New IP Phone system. 3CX
  • Setup equipment asset register.
  • Ticketing System overhaul.
  • System monitoring / Alerting
  • Wifi rollout to stores. You help design it too.
  • Click and Collect.  
Key Requirements:
  • Supporting Point of Sales System
  • Windows Server and desktop operating systems (AD, DNS, DHCP etc.)
  • Mac OS experience ideal.
  • Solid network understanding (LAN and WAN)
  • 3CX Phone system support.
  • Office 365 experience
  • Remote desktop / Terminal server
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal 
  • A friendly, positive and customer-driven attitude
  • Effectively multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Team player - ready to contribute whatever it takes or play any role on a team to get the job done
  • Excellent time management & organisational skills
  • Enjoys a fast paced environment and is comfortable with change
