About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take their next career step with Australia's leading services contractor rolling out the NBN Network. Reporting to the Land Access Team Leader, you will join a friendly, diverse team of high calibre professionals and work closely with this team. This position will be based out of our Kingsgrove office.
About you
To become part of our team you will possess:
- Excellent Communication skills coupled with strong verbal and written skills
- A high attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to work in a high traffic, fluid work environment
- You must be a digital savvy collaborative professional with common sense
- Degree/tertiary qualifications in Environment, Conservation or Archaeology will be regarded but not essential
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing Land Access & Activity notices in accordance with client specifications and government regulations
- Managing and actioning complaints
- Providing assistance where necessary as a subject matter expert on projects to contractors and the customer
- Ensuring the volume and integrity of quality notices complies with contracted requirements and meets customer’s expectations
- Ensuring LAC documentation and processes are up to date and meet client expectations
Experience working in a similar role is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
