We are seeking a Junior IT Support person to join our experienced team as a Cadet or Trainee.

A genuine passion for technology and a positive approach to problem-solving and helping clients are all essential ingredients for success in this role. Your desire to explore new technologies and get hands-on with the latest gadgets would be an asset.

While you should have some relevant experience, this is secondary to your willingness to learn and strong desire to make a difference both in our team and for our clients.

Training and Development opportunities, as well as Workplace Mentoring, will be provided to ensure your continued growth and successful progression.

Skills and Abilities

Applicants with skills & experience in some or all of the following key areas would be welcome to apply

• Customer Service and or Support 
• IT Helpdesk - supporting desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
• Setup and installation of computer hardware. software and or internet services
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Able to follow instruction and positively contribute in a team setting 
• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training and development  

Candidates currently studying Information Technology or related subjects at a TAFE or University level are strongly encouraged to apply.
