Role purpose:
  
To deliver and support effective change management activities across multiple streams as part of the program. The Change Analyst is responsible for creating and delivering activities required to support the implementation of the Program/Project.
  
Primary duties

• Applies a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side change resulting from the implementation of the Program/Project desired outcomes
• Accountable for the implementation, analysis and maintenance of stakeholder assessment and share the results with the Program/Project team as consideration for engagement activities.
• Assess and communicate risk where decisions have potential impact on the business customer or other stakeholders and ensure action is taken accordingly.

Successful candidates will have the following

• Significant experience in a business or organisational change role
• Thorough understanding of the role and scope of change management and enabling tools, methods, measures and frameworks and their application in end to end change delivery
• Demonstrated experience working in large transformational change programs and a fast paced project environment
• Experience in change communications and/or training development and delivery
