IT Technician/Consultant

Established in 1997, our client is a family owned and operated business which was formed with the aim of focusing on providing their customers with complete IT and Digital Media solutions with a high-level of service, professionalism and customer care. They assist in servicing small and medium businesses, professional practices and individuals will all IT requirements. 

They are now looking for a IT Technician/Consultant to join their company in Walkerville, SA, with the potential to earn up to $65,000 per annum | Negotiable Salary $60,000 - $65,000 pa + Superannuation.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide support to both current and potential clients in the areas of IT Sales and Services, Server System Development and Deployment and other IT related areas

Reporting directly to the Senior Technician some of your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in keeping all IT equipment operating
• Providing a high level of customer service at all times
• Working in the office and visiting clients on a daily basis
• Providing support for Anti-Virus, Backup Solutions and Managed Services

You will have 5 + years experience and be proficient in:

• Microsoft Windows Server and Network Administration
• Exchange Server/ Office 365 and Hyper V
• General Desktop & Laptop Troubleshooting
• Phone & Remote Desktop Support
• MS Windows Operating Systems, Networking Technologies and Backup Technologies

The ideal candidate must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills ensuring customer relations are of a high standard at all times. Furthermore you must have a drivers licence and a vehicle and be willing to obtain a Federal Police Check.
