Required Skills
It is envisioned that the successful candidate will provide expert and authoritative architecture direction and advice in the strategic redesign, delivery and maintenance of an enterprise system. Ideally, the successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- Support the building of a new CRM to store all of the customer relationships/ information.
- Currently there is no CRM or platform chosen – the Solutions Architect will be a part of the choosing of the solution/ vendor.
- SA will need to come in and work with the manager and a BA to scope the current environment and create a design document (current system is bespoke)
- Ideal candidate will have worked on CRM based projects
The SA will be involved in going to market and evaluating the tender for a vendor/ solution. Need to have an agnostic view of all CRM’s that may be suitable.
