About the company
This not-for-profit organisation offer a range of services including healthcare, aged care, and disability care throughout Queensland and Australia. They are currently undertaking business transformation and change initiatives, resulting in this opening for a Business Analyst.
About the role
As the Business Analyst, you will work across the business and be the conduit between IT and the business as they undertake business transformation and change initiatives; including the implementation of a new ERP solution, that includes payroll and rostering with full mobile access and an app.
Responsibilities
- Develop and re-engineer business processes
- Identify and design innovative solutions that meet business needs
- Work with key stakeholders, SME's and vendors to ensure a fit for purpose solution
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Define and document detailed business processes during the implementation phase
- Consult and liaise with clients stakeholders, SME's and vendors to clarify business requirements and make recommendations on the development of new business processes
- Undertake a lead role in the gathering of requirements and improving business processes
- Requirements gathering and analysis
- Develop technical and functional specification documents
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience implementing ERP and HRIS systems is mandatory
- Experience with Carelink, Procura, Tracks, TCM or other HRIS system would be advantageous
- Strong process mapping experience
- Demonstrated experience negotiating with stakeholders and subject matter expert teams to achieve goals
- Understanding of various project management methodologies to ensure project deliverables are attained within project timetables
- Proven ability to effectively facilitate business process analysis which results in solutions and well defined user requirements that meet client needs.
