One of Australia’s Federal Government Agencies is seeking an experienced Procurement Administration Officer, to join a multi-disciplinary team building a national government website. The successful Procurement Administration Officer will manage the help desk and support the team to ensure the smooth operation of Procurement assessments and daily administrative activities within the department. The successful Procurement Administration Officer will be offered an initial 6 month contract with a view to further extend at an attractive hourly rate. 

The successful Procurement Administration Officer must have experience in the following;

• Demonstrated experience managing and/or supervising help-desks
• Experience managing sensitive, difficult and unusual problems relating to customer service
• Proven experience in the assessment of case studies, references and supporting documentation
• Ability to coordinate assessments with subject matter experts
