Your new company is a Federal Government agency currently seeking an experienced SAP CRM Service Desk Analyst, to join their business analytics team.
Your new role
Your new role will involve Your new role supporting a large user base for their technical issues with financial systems. The role requires daily duties such as; following ITIL procedures, logging, resolving and escalating jobs and tickets, handling critical incidents, managing a mid-sized team, as well as data analytics via the use of excel. It will require a high level of communication and written skills as well as eagerness to learn information regarding the systems.
What you'll need to succeed
The key to your success will be your experience with technologies such as;
- SAP
- CRM
- HP Service Manager
- Microsoft Office Suites (Excel)
