Want to work on exciting, cutting-edge projects for a well-established software development organisation? We are looking for an end-to-end senior developer who can work closely with product owners to deliver the best results, with less red tape and more productivity.
HordernIT is a Geelong based established market leader in custom application and web development services. During our 20 years in the I.T industry, HordernIT has developed an impressive and diverse base of local and international clients.
HordernIT currently has an immediate 3 month contract opportunity based in the Melbourne CBD.
Duties
- Involved the creation and development of custom web applications
- Analyse business needs and translate them into system design and technical specification documentation
- Software and database development, testing and deployment activities (including maintaining & improving existing systems)
- Solve problems with innovative solutions
- Liaise with variety of internal and external stakeholders
Skills & Experience
The candidate we are looking for will have strong experience in the following technologies:
- ASP .NET / MVC
- WCF / API
- C#
- Angular / Vue / React
- Javascript / HTML
- Database platforms and languages (primarily Microsoft SQL Server & transact SQL)
Skills and experience in the following would be highly regarded
- SSIS package & SSRS report development and maintenance
- Python
- PL/SQL
- Continuous Integration / DevOps
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
