The Company
We are working with a fast-growing data solutions business located in the Melbourne CBD. They have a unique product which is well received in the market, allowing the team to focus on further growing out their operational capabilities.
The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Product Support Analyst will work with the sales team and the development team - responsible for the customer account set up, configuration, and troubleshoot REST/SOAP APIs as required, answering inbound call and email inquiries.
Your Experience
- 2 + years in technical support/customer service related role (ideally B2B)
- REST/SOAP API integrations, JSON, Postman (nice to have)
- Familiar with XML and Java
- Troubleshoot, root cause analysis
- Experience in using Salesforce CRM, MS Office
- Adaptable, proactive, and interested in learning new software systems
- High attention to detail and strong communications skills
