One of Australia's most influential banking institution with 50+ years of operation within Australia, recently undergone a period of IT restructure and investment which has modernised the bank's core IT functions. Located in the the heart of Sydney's CBD in a sophisticated office setting. 

Role

Over the course of role, you will gain end to end project involvement with OS, platform and virtualisation systems. Key involvement in upgrade and migration of bank's major payment system.

Desired Skills

• Technical consultancy around systems design and implementation
• Design, build and support of Microsoft Windows Server, Linux (RHEL, AIX) and virtualisation (VMware)
• Sound understanding of network, storage and backup/ antivirus technologies
• Confidence in producing design documents, procedures and supporting information
• Working with high availability solutions in financial services/ banking a big plus
• IaaS/cloud architecture
