The Role
As the Junior Business Analyst, you will be joining the Performance and optimisation business unit with the Customer Correspondence and marketing team. You will be responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders to define document and business requirements, which support the correspondence process.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the requirements gathering process is structured and formalised at the beginning of each project.
- Following project management methodologies that are set at the beginning of a project.
- Evidence of sign off and version control is available and accessible. Once requirements are completed at different interval stages of a project/implementation/change.
- Ensure collaboration with the Customer Correspondence System Analyst and IT Team once requirements are complete. This will involve a ‘walk through’ of the requirements and ongoing support during the development process.
- Requirements Analysis document/s is updated as required throughout project life cycles.
To be successful in this role:
- 2 - 4 years experience as a Business Analyst.
- Excellent communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Previous experience facilitating workshops and documentation.
- Previous experience identifying process improvements opportunities.
- Previous experience understanding and documenting business requirements.
Based in Melbourne CBD
$90K package.
