PM-Partners group are looking for a Change Director to provide support to the executive team of one of our clients on an enterprise wide transformation.
Reporting into the Program Director, this is a highly autonomous role. You will need to influence the business and design the people strategy for the entire program.
To be successful in this role, and contribute to the transformation success, you will need the following core skills:
- Experience as a Senior Change Manager, implementing Change Strategies across large, complex enterprise wide transformation programs
- Formal training and qualifications in using a recognised Change Management methodology to identify and apply effective change management strategies, plans and activities
- Top level, all around knowledge of change activities within a program of work including change strategies, comms plans, user documentation and training materials, stakeholder engagement models and analysis
- Be highly motivated with the demonstrated ability to deliver above client expectations
- Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills
- Ability to multi-task, plan, and execute multiple concurrent activities and priorities
