We are currently looking for a techno-Functional Expert to work on Oracle lease and Finances Management.(Oracle EBS - OLFM and related technologies) for one of client, one leading financial institution

The project aims to upgrade an Oracle ERP to a R12 version to achieve better operations and stabilise the system.

Duties/Responsiblities

• Responsible to architect the overall solution architecture for the list of new features built in the Oracle ERP based system

• Responsibility to lead both the functional and technical streams of the project

• Understanding the current process & map them with new release architecture

• Absorb Knowledge Transition sessions from Client IT team on the custom functionalities & technical changes

• Preparation of traceability matrix to map functional components with technical objects

• Develop transition strategies and training plans for end users to adapt to the new features and solutions

• Liaise with technical team & perform QA, SIT testing along with pre-production run

• Conduct Review sessions with Client Stakeholders to discuss on progress & issues

• Responsible to meet the deadlines & take signoff from client within stipulated timelines

You:

• Must have prior experience in leading Oracle ERP projects

• Must have overall 10+ years of experience

• Must have prior experience in architecting solutions in Oracle Lease and finance management

• Understanding on the leasing process & its integration with other applications

• Ability to handle critical phases from onsite & drive the team to achieve the milestones with SLAs

• Very good hands on experience on the following areas of lease management:

• Application to Booking

• Invoice to Receipt

• Quote to Termination

• Asset to Retire

• Inquiry to resolution

• Should be an expert at Month End Close activities & should be able to reconcile

• Must have experience on architecting solutions leveraging both the functional and technical aspects

• Must have good knowledge on table structure pertaining to all process areas

• Should be well versed with integration of all OLFM modules & reconcile all subledger entries with General Ledger
