My client is a Leading National ICT Professional, Managed Services and Cloud Provider in Australia.
The role of Pre-Sale Solution Architect is to grow new business and nurture existing customers across LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and Border Security Professional Services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Pre-Sales and the scoping of the solution for customers.
- Design and delivery of solutions for your customers.
The Solution Architect is required to have a focus across the following technologies
LAN
- Core LAN refreshes and upgrades
- Campus and site wide LAN refreshes
- Cisco and Aruba
Wi-Fi
- Controller and Instant based solutions
- Cisco, Meraki and Aruba
WAN
- Core routing and switching (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, HSRP/VRRP, Policy based routing, Spanning-tree, PVST+, MSTP, SD-WAN)
- WAN migrations
Firewall
- Firewall deployments (Filtering and VPNs - Palo Alto, Cisco)
Authentication Authorization and Accounting
- Identity and policy management - Aruba Clearpass, Cisco Identity Services Engine
You will need to be proven in:
- Process & Documentation
- Requirements gathering
- Solution Design
- Scope of Works documentation
- Service Estimates
- Proposal and Request for Tender Responses
- Customer presentations
