Accordant, Australia’s leading data-led customer experience agency are hiring. The role is in our solution architecture team, who design and implement the Adobe Experience Cloud infrastructure for many of Australia & New Zealand’s largest brands.

The Solution Architect position is a client-facing role requiring both Business/Marketing and Technical knowledge and skills. The Solution Architect enables client success by providing innovative solutions leveraging Adobe’s Digital Marketing Suite of products. They work together with customers to gather and understand their unique business objectives and requirements and enable them to succeed by providing innovative solutions leveraging Adobe’s Digital Experience Cloud products. They have the exciting challenge of providing rapid and valuable Adobe Experience Cloud solutions into their client's business marketing operations.

Solution Architects, focused on Adobe Analytics, Audience Manager, Target & Campaign solutions, perform business analysis to understand the client business: helping advertiser clients to understand their customers, deliver enhanced digital experiences and improve their marketing spend and publisher clients on inventory monetization. Setting up and configuring Experience Cloud solutions, providing ad-hoc training and knowledge sharing, diagnosing & solving technical issues for clients, Solution Specialists are critical to our client success.

They mentor and groom other junior and new consultants, proactively share best practices with their peers and help the rest of the team to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

  • Gain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of client's business objective and requirements. Guide client on business requirements, key performance indicators and other functional and/or technical requirements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of multiple solutions within the Adobe Marketing Cloud, initially focusing on Analytics, Audience Manager & Target
  • Help brands structure and implement Adobe Analytics to deliver a deep understanding of the online behaviour of their site and app visitors, in addition to being the primary first party data source for marketing automation.
  • Help Advertiser clients with onsite-targeting, customer re-targeting, improve display advertising efficiency, leverage their enterprise data across various sources
  • Help Publisher clients to improve Personalized Site Content delivery, Improve Off-site reach extension, create High value segment, improve inventory monetization
  • Interact with various data sources team of client to consolidate all online, offline, 3rd party data into Audience Manager solution
  • Work with data conversion specialist, commercial team, marketing managers to achieve their business goals
  • Good understanding of segmentation and personalisation strategy
  • Interpret and translate client business requirements into technical specifications for design of an Adobe Digital Marketing Cloud Solution
  • Advise key stakeholders and drive client success based on clients most important business drivers
  • Interact frequently with clients via phone, email, and/or in-person—including interaction with marketers, conversion specialists, commercial team, data solution team, analysts, web developers, and C-level executives
  • Effectively present technical details to a non-technical audience
  • Communicate confidently and proactively with customers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
  • Manage customer expectations appropriately and keep projects on schedule and within scope
  • Become an expert in the use of Adobe Digital Marketing Solutions and the methods by which they can be used to effectively improve client’s marketing spend efficiency
  • Work to educate clients on the best practices in relation to Adobe Digital Marketing Solutions, their specific industry and key business requirements
  • Keep accurate daily records of client billable time
  • Technical writing and PowerPoint presentation creation
  • Build and Share Digital Advertising expertise with Clients, Partners and colleagues
  • Work and collaborate with Adobe internal teams and client partner relationships

Requirements:

  • 2+years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience of working in the digital advertising industry with a technical focus.
  • Experience of working with web analytics/DSP/ SSP/ Advertisers/ Publishers/ ATD
  • Conceptual knowledge of display / video advertising, onsite targeting, customer re-targeting, Email marketing, inventory optimization
  • In-depth understanding of segmentation strategies and creating High-value segments for various verticals
  • Data-driven and analytical capabilities
  • JavaScript, JSON, Excel and HTML skills would be a good added advantage
  • Knowledge on mobile apps (iOS, Android) would be a plus
  • Solid understanding of general business models, concepts and strategies
  • Understanding of internet architecture and reporting models
  • Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer success
  • Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively
  • Experience presenting in front of groups
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or equivalent
  • Self-starter - Organized and highly motivated
  • Fast learner, ability to learn new technologies/languages
  • Project Management skills a plus
  • Ability to develop creative solutions to problems
  • Willingness to travel

Special consideration given for:

  • Previous experience of working in Digital Marketing  industry
  • Knowledge and experience of Analytics ans DMP (Data Management Platform) solutions 
  • Experience on segmentation, personalization and profiling strategies
  • Previous experience of working with marketing team, agency trading desk, commercial team, digital advertiser / publisher clients
  • Javascript, HTML, JSON, Excel, mobile apps

Salary expectations:

Base salary: $130,000 + bonus + super
