Our X-Stream Trading product is a proven multi-asset trading solution that combines exceptional performance with exceptional adaptability. It is designed for markets that want to expand their offerings with new products or market models, meet the challenge for high performance with low latency, control risk with sophisticated pre-trade position and risk management, provide third-party hosting services, or trade in multiple languages.

Currently we are looking for a couple of Principle Software Engineers to join our highly skilled X-Stream team. In this role you will be regarded as the technical expert in your field and will act as the escalation point for both internal and external people as it relates to technical expertise. From time to time you will leads projects with notable risk and complexity and assist others to solve complex problems. 

As part of this team you will love working and coding in a C++ and C environment, you will love the Fintech industry and understand high performance and low latency. You will be happy to jump in and roll your sleeves up as part of this close knit team and will thrive in an environment where you are charting your own course and working on problems for which there is no clear solution; where creativity is as crucial as your ability to write code.

To be considered for this role your skills will include but not be limited to;

• Solid experience in coding within C++ and C ideally within a Financial Technology environment (exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered)
• You ideally will have experience designing/building market leading trading systems and experience developing and deploying applications on multiple platforms i.e. Linux and Windows would be highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral combined with a self-motivated attitude are a must for this team.
• A strong academic record with a computer science related or finance degree is highly desirable as is the ability to handle pressure in a fast paced and reactive environment.
