I just had an awesome chat with a really down to earth Director, who is on the hunt for a Business Analyst. These guys are a fantastic Digital Agency in Melbourne’s inner suburbs. They work closely with a range of clients across government, start up and corporate. Now due to growth, they are looking for a passionate BA to join their ranks.
 
What do you need to nail this role?
 

• Solid experience as a Business Analyst – preferably from Agency/client servicing background
• Experience with Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence workflow work flow – plus points
• Scrum master experience
• AGILE experience
• Ability to work closely with developers, UX’ers, testers and experience doing so
• Be a good human

 
They have a fantastic office complete with a game machine, snooker and a beer fridge – of course.
 
Fundamentally you will be an experienced Business Analyst with EXCELLENT communication and ability to bond well with clients and colleagues.
 
They also have a relaxed culture with regular staff lunches / social events. I did ask how many beers you can drink from the beer fridge in one sitting, but they had never been asked that before so were unsure. My guess is 8 on a Friday afternoon. (Joking, please don’t drink 8 beers from the fridge in one sitting or do just read the room ;) )
