We are seeking a motivated, well-spoken and proactive individual with a genuine passion for IT to join an International Managed Services Provider

The successful applicant must have exceptional customer service skills, along with sound technical knowledge, previous experience in a Managed Services environment is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities will include:

Provide 1st  level technical support to customers via the phone in a Service Desk environment. 

Logging and maintaining incidents and service requests within the Service Desk software and escalating service desk incidents and requests to the appropriate groups within IT Team.

Taking ownership of all incidents and requests to the resolution.

Ensure users are kept up to date on their status throughout the complete process.

You must be capable of multi-tasking and working across a range of technologies. Strong knowledge in the following areas is essential:

Supporting and troubleshooting windows desktops, servers, email, RF technologies, printers and networks

Skills:

Experience in supporting MS Office suites including Office365

Experience with Microsoft Active Directory

MS Exchange

Ticketing Systems

Understanding of ITIL (desirable)
