Are you passionate about helping users understand a product through accurate, well organised content? Do you love planning, crafting, researching, writing and building a range of documents, videos and eLearning content to help customers and end users?
We need someone to improve the way we train our customers to use our products. This involves updating and restructuring our documentation, producing demonstration videos and developing eLearning content for our training courses.
What we are looking for:
You will demonstrate:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Technical Writer or similar;
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts simply;
- Knowledge of video editing and production; end-to-end for help videos;
- Proficiency and experience in Adobe Captivate or Storyline for crafting eLearning content;
- Experience building base content including 2D animations and diagrams;
