Bring your passion for Agile Product Ownership, and help to successfully combine stakeholder needs, business process and technology capability to deliver an exceptional automated and digitised user experience, managing feature and capability delivery across Salesforce and other strategic SaaS platforms.
You will work within our Macquarie Capital division, which is investing in an exciting digital transformation that will ultimately transition all underlying core business technology from in-house systems to industry leading software-as-a-service solutions.
As our Product Owner, you will operate in a DevOps environment with direct responsibility for resources from both IT and external vendors. This role will see you work with business stakeholders to agree themes, epics, roadmaps, feature backlog and prioritised delivery. Through fostering a culture of rapid delivery and improving the Agile delivery approach at all levels. Through establishing clear objectives and key results that drive continuous improvement and consistent delivery.
To be successful in this role you will possess a proven track record in driving Digital Product development, and have experience delivering in Agile. You have a coaching and mentoring skillset to empower teams to higher performance. You are results driven, and have a proven track record in driving and measuring business outcomes and experience operating in a scale, fast moving, entrepreneurial global environment.
