Full Job Description

We are currently seeking an Experienced CRM / Digital (combined) Business Analyst proficient in CRM/ERP Platforms such as SalesForce (highly desired) Design Documentation and Wireframes for IMMEDIATE START.

You will be working within a Tier One Level Enterprise so experience within the Public Sector, Banks and/or ASX Top 200 companies will be highly regarded.

It is worth noting that you will be working in:
  • - Large multi-faceted Projects
  • - High Performing Team
  • - Autonomous Environment
Requirments: 

You will be working between the business and IT to develop requirements. This will involve managing a number of stakeholders across digital agencies, in-house developers and executive stakeholders. As well as working on the full end-to-end solution working on CRM/ERP systems such as SalesForce and putting together design (wireframing) and functional documentation.
  • CRM/ERP Experience (SalesForce, PEGA, SAP etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and documentation skills
  • Experienced working with digital agencies in large enterprise level digital projects
  • Excellent design documentation skills (wireframes, page layout, functional and navigation)
  • Partially working with UX/UI teams
  • Strong experience with complex workflows and business processes
  • Able to work across a complex multi-functional environment with a number of vendors
  • Across the newest in digital technologies and able to consult to the business around these technologies
  • 3+ Years as a BA - ESSENTIAL
