Desktop Support Consultant, 6 month contract, CBD Location, Professional Services Organisation.

This organisation provides financial services and wealth management consultancy throughout the APAC region.
Due to internal growth they are seeking a Desktop Support Consultant to provide on-site technical support to an enterprise size user base.
Your new role
You will be responsible for proving Level 1 and Level 2 IT support and training for all IT issues within the business. You will have the ability to troubleshoot issues on laptops and applications for customers face to face in a timely manner. What you need to succeed To be a fit for this role you will have 3 years’ experience in a Service Desk or user facing Desktop support role; ideally within a finance or professional service environment.
You will have experience with the following:
- Strong PC Hardware & Software skills
- Windows 8 / 8.1 / 10
- Office 2013 / 2016 / 365
- Mobile PC Support (IOS / Android)
- Providing support to Senior Executives and other senior level staff
